Since 2004, Latino Family Visit Day has welcomed students and their families to experience the University of Illinois and learn more about navigating college life. Open to all students and families, this daylong bilingual program brings together campus partners to share information about academics, financial aid, student services, campus involvement, and the transition to college.
Families will meet university staff, connect with campus resources, and participate in engaging activities and meaningful dialogue about supporting their student’s college experience and success. The program also includes activities for siblings and younger family members, creating an informative, engaging, and welcoming experience for the entire family.
