Join the Native American House and International Student and Scholar Services in this trip to St Louis focused on learning more about, engaging with, and honoring Native American traditions and communities. We are excited to be hosting a day-long Native-focused St Louis excursion!
A Pow Wow is a traditional Native American celebration involving dance, singing, food, and more, that allows Native Americans to share part of their tribal traditions and culture. During this day trip, we will visit the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, attend the Buder Center Powwow at WashU, learn about the Aymara Weavings from the Indigenous Andes at the St Louis Art Museum, and enjoy a unique food hall dining experience in the evening at City Foundry STL.
Registration for this trip will open on March 23 at 11 a.m.
