Herrera will talk about her efforts to research and document a national education reform in Egypt oriented towards digital transformation, and her forthcoming book, Education 2.0, Chronicles of Technological and Cultural Change in Egypt. This study is based on oral historical research from the ‘top down’ and ‘bottom up’ with figures from the state, international organizations and private sector, and members of local school communities.
