Submissions and Deadlines: All submissions for Summer 2025, Fall 2025, and Academic Year 2025-2026 programs are due by the end of the day. This includes advising appointments, questionnaires, and any other required materials. Please note that some programs may have different application deadlines, so refer to your program’s brochure page to confirm the exact deadline and term.

Reminders:

  • Required Action: Schedule an advising appointment or attend an information session with the advisor or office listed on your program’s brochure under the Contacts and/or Resources tab.
  • Review the unofficial program budget and consult with the Office of Financial Aid to understand how your aid package will apply to your study abroad program.
  • Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the end date of your program.
