February is American Heart Month. Do you ever wonder what your heart rate means for your health; what some languages of love around the world are; and or how you can practice self-care? Come join McKinley Health Education for interactive opportunities to learn about tools and resources toward a healthy heart and take a break to connect, smile, laugh, and release stress! Hands-on heart craft-making will be offered as well. Dinner is provided.
