Dr. Irázabal will address the most pressing challenges in Latin American and Caribbean cities. Drawing on her vast expertise and research, she will provide panoramic views of the region's current conditions and highlight urban case studies in Brazil, Colombia, and Chile that serve as inspiration for cities in the US. Clara will also share some strategies for overcoming these challenges and achieving better scenarios for 2030.
