Come learn more about this exciting winter break program in Ecuador! Open to students in all majors. This program offers students the opportunity to explore a variety of current issues of the cacao food system as well as the wonders of chocolate making in Ecuador. Through lectures and visits, students will contrast the production of cacao in Ecuador from the perspectives of small and large enterprises. Students will tour some of the ecosystems in which cacao is produced. As an added bonus, You will taste one of the best chocolates in the World!
