About: Created in 1959, DIS is a non-profit study abroad foundation based in Copenhagen which provides study abroad experiences to college students (mostly American). The program includes a tour to another country and excursions around Copenhagen. A large on-site staff is available to support you. Housing options are homestays, student housing, and residential communities.
Location: Campus is in downtown Copenhagen. Summer offers an option in Stockholm, Sweden as well.

Summer Session: DIS offers 3 summer sessions. Students have flexibility in choosing 1, 2, or 3 sessions; there is one class per session, with a study tour included in sessions 2 and 3. There is also an option to mix and match in the summer: one session at DIS-Copenhagen and one session at DIS-Stockholm.
