Mental Health First Aid Sessions | Coming Fall 2025

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training gives you the skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Open to all University of Illinois students, faculty, and staff, each training includes online pre-work, a live instruction session, and online post-coursework for full certification.
