The Center for Innovation in Teaching & Learning is dedicated to promoting, enhancing, and assessing teaching effectiveness and student learning. We assist faculty, academic units, and teaching assistants in improving instruction. In addition to the events listed below, we are always available for individual consultations or special activities within a department or college. This workshop focuses on using feedback as a framework for student learning, providing customized support and guidance. Participants will explore the feedback process, learning how to create and deliver effective rubrics, surveys, and other feedback mechanisms. The workshop will also cover strategies to streamline grading and feedback, ensuring it is timely and constructive. By the end of the session, instructors will be equipped with practical tools and techniques to enhance student learning through meaningful and efficient feedback practices.
