Two case studies will be presented. The first is a concrete floor coating for commercial buildings that minimizes dust generation, reducing lung disease in workers and community members. The second is a low-VOC content, low-toxicity cleaner available in aerosol and non-aerosol form. It can be used by auto repair shops as a brake cleaner, autobody shops for general purpose cleaning and spray gun cleaning and an industrial facility for surface preparation and repair and maintenance cleaning.
