Abstract:
Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering (WECE) will be hosting the Women in Engineering Fair: Per Aspera Ad Astra (Through Adversity, to the Stars) for this week’s Saturday Engineering for Everyone event. This event aims to showcase the incredible women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) organizations across our campus and allow them to share their experiences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign while inspiring younger students to explore engineering. Each Registered Student Organization (RSO) will have a table with information about their organization and a kid-friendly activity relating to their engineering specialty.
