Access, Release, and Transform your COVID-19 experience as you engage in the creative process with others. Each session will start with a guided visualization and visual arts prompt. Then, a set of reflective questions will be provided to use as an opportunity to journal about your experience. This is not a therapy group. This workshop will be open to all students at the university and is not confidential. Any emotional reflection will be limited to personal reflection and not shared with the group.
