The first moments after the Big Bang have an incredibly rich phenomenology, much of which is yet to be explored. Observables derived from cosmic structure provide unique windows into these phenomena, but are currently underutilized in such explorations. I will present a new simulation-based approach to primordial physics that optimally uses measurements of structure from multi-wavelength datasets. With newly minted experiments like LSST, Roman, and Simons Observatory, we will significantly improve our understanding of early-Universe physics, and increase the accessible parameter space by up to three orders of magnitude. I will detail recent developments on both numerical frameworks and observational techniques that enable this approach, and close by discussing opportunities for constraining broader classes of early Universe phenomenon.
