This webinar will present a case history of a cantilever soldier pile retaining wall with tie-back anchors for a county roadway. In particular, this webinar will focus on the following four main issues: (1) adequacy of the subsurface investigation, (2) design of the soldier pile wall with tie-back anchors, (3) construction of the soldier pile wall system, and (4) cause of the failure about seven months after its completion. 1.0 PDH
