Explore the leadership skills necessary for success as a supervisor and gain real insight into your own leadership style. Discover effective techniques for influencing coworkers at different levels.
This workshop will be hands-on and participants will engage with one another through insightful activities and interactive discussions.
All Illini Union staff are encouraged to attend this training and both new and experienced supervisors are especially welcome.
No advance registration is required. However, if you wish to attend this training, please obtain advance approval from your supervisor, if necessary. Please bring a laptop or smart phone for the online assessments.
