Learn from our expert about how microaggressions and unconscious bias can occur in the workplace, and affect female and minority staff disproportionately. The 2-part workshop will also address how to identify, deal with and prevent prejudice and indignities at work.
Please register by August 28 using the registration link above and attend both sessions. This event is open to all Illini Union staff as long as they have any necessary supervisor permission to attend.
