Illini Union Staff Training & Development

POSTPONED: Ross Wantland, Director of Curriculum Development & Education at the Office of Academic Inclusive Excellence, will hold a 2-part workshop for Illini Union staff.

This in-person workshop will illustrate how microaggressions and unconscious bias can occur in the workplace, and affect female and minority staff disproportionately. The workshop will also include coverage of how to identify, deal with and prevent future instances of both unconscious bias and microaggressions.
