The Leading & Influencing Teams workshop is one of the training events featured in the Illini Union Supervisor Series. It will take place in person on Friday, September 27 from 2.00 to 3.45 pm.
We will discuss and explore the leadership skills necessary for success as a supervisor. This workshop will be hands-on and participants will interact with one another as they gain insights into their personal leadership styles. The workshop will also include discussions and activities related to effective techniques for influencing coworkers.
All Illini Union staff are encouraged to attend this training and both new and experienced supervisors are especially welcome.
No advance registration is required. However, if you wish to attend this training, please obtain advance approval from your supervisor, if necessary.
