The Conflict Management Strategies workshop will take place in person on Friday, September 20 from 2.00 to 3.45 pm.
We will discuss the nature and sources of workplace conflict. After that, we will explore the most appropriate conflict management strategies to use in different workplace situations. There will be practical, team-based activities as well as a personal assessment of each participant's conflict management style.
All Illini Union staff are encouraged to attend this training and no registration is needed. If necessary, please obtain advance approval from your supervisor to attend this event.
