Lecture/discussion: Identifying Dental Students in Distress

Speaker: Alia Mir, LCSW

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize possible signs and symptoms of dental students in need of mental health services
  • Become familiar with resources available to students
  • Describe how to refer students to mental health resources or a ‘warm hand off'


Eligible for one (1) CE credit. Open to all faculty. Free to attend. No relevant financial relationships to disclose.
