The Division of Nutritional Sciences will  launch the George C. Fahey Seminar Series with guest, Dr. Joan Slavin (University of Minnesota). Dr. Slavin will present “Gut Check: Why Dietary Fiber Leads to Better Health” on Wednesday, September 24 at 4:00 in the Heritage Room of the ACES Library. A reception prior to Dr. Slavin’s lecture will be held in the atrium of Turner Hall from 2:00-3:30 pm.
