Ann Austin | Fostering Greater Equity and Inclusion in the Academy: Institutional Strategies for ChangeEfforts to create more diverse, inclusive, and equitable academic workplaces contribute to the creativity, excellence, and productivity needed to address society’s daunting challenges. Drawing on a multi-year study funded by the National Science Foundation, this talk will explore approaches to organizational change to create greater equity and inclusion in the academy.
