Title: Equivariant intersection theory Part II

Abstract: Last week, I explained how to construct equivariant chow groups and calculated some examples. In this talk, I will continue to give more applications with equivariant intersection theory with a focus on localization. The main goals are the Bott residue formula and localization of virtual fundamental classes.
