Title: Equivariant intersection theory

Abstract: In this talk, I will explain how to construct equivariant Chow groups and use them for computation. This theory is useful in the sense that it can be applied to both GIT quotients and quotient stacks, and it works for any group action on algebraic spaces. This talk will be focused on the theory itself with some simple examples. More applications will be included in a future talk.
