The annual Open House hosted by the students at the College of Veterinary Medicine provides a chance to explore the art and science involved in the veterinary profession.
Come and learn about Avian Medicine and Zoological Medicine and everything in between. Exhibits focus on specialty areas such as surgery, cardiology, dentistry, and more. There is an opportunity to learn about the admissions process for prospective veterinarians. And there will be many live animals to get to know, from hawks and parrots to dogs, cows, horses, and ferrets.
The event is self-guided and free parking is available. The public may not bring their own animals.
