This mini presentation will provide an overview of the levels of oppression often experienced and offer an opportunity for reflection, perspective-taking, and creative initiative to advance equity and inclusion. Oppression and injustice are human creations built into our current social and economic systems. Oppression is more than just the sum of individual prejudices. Its patterns are systemic and therefore self-sustaining, often without interruption.
