This holy day celebrates the birth of Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the Bahá'í Faith. Bahá'ís observing the Birth of Bahá'u'lláh may stay home from work during this period, and some may request scheduling accommodations in order to observe. This observance begins at sunset on the first day and ends at sunset on the last day.
