Effective communication is one of the most important aspects of any team or organization – it’s essential for achieving goals, fostering teamwork, and improving productivity. However, despite communication being so important, miscommunication and conflicts happen almost every day. Wouldn’t it be nice to put an end to that? Join Patti Massullo, a certified leadership and professional development coach, as she shows you how the What’s My Communication Style assessment is the answer to unlocking truly effective communication.

Based on the HRDQ Style Model and research from Carl Jung, William Moulton Marston, and others, What’s My Communication Style is a quick and easy-to-use self-assessment with training add-ons that help you create a communication profile from four different styles: Direct, Spirited, Considerate, and Systematic. The profile shares your communication strengths and weaknesses so you can know what to leverage in your interactions with others and what skills you can work on to become an even more effective communicator. Most importantly, understanding the ins and outs of each style helps you flex your own style to meet the communication needs of others, ensuring that your meaning isn’t lost and you’re not unintentionally creating conflict.

Patti will show you how the What’s My Communication Style assessment can be used as a standalone product or in a larger communication skills training for your team or organization. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the components and implementation of the product so you can use or integrate it seamlessly.

If you’re looking to elevate your communication and the communication of your workplace, it’s time to check out What’s My Communication Style and see how it can help you.

Attendees will learn:

  • Why communication styles are important.
  • What their personal communication style is.
  • How to recognize the communication styles of others.
  • The importance of adaptability for effective communication.
  • The HRDQ Model
  • How to implement What’s My Communication Style.
