Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
September 23–24 | 1:00 – 4:30 PM | In Person
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an evidence-based certification course that teaches you how to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges. Whether someone is experiencing a crisis or showing early warning signs, MHFA gives you the skills and confidence to offer initial support and connect them with care.
The course is eight hours total and includes a short online pre-course component (about 30–45 minutes), a live training session held across two half-days, and a brief online post-course component. Both sessions must be attended and all components completed to earn certification. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
