Join the WRC for a discussion with Katie Simon, journalist and author of Tell Me What You Like: An Honest Discussion of Sex and Intimacy After Sexual Assault.
The author's talk will take place on Thursday, September 11, from 12-1 PM at the Women's Resources Center (616 E Green St, Suite #213). Limited copies of the book will be given to participants who register & attend the discussion. Priority will be given to student participants (undergraduate & graduate).
Lunch will be provided to the first 20 people to attend.

About the author: Katie Simon (they/she) has written for The New York Times, The Washington Post, Vogue, BuzzFeed, Tin House, Health, BUST, Women's Health, and elsewhere, including the anthology Anatomy of Silence.
Katie earned a BA in Contemporary Storytelling at New York University and an MA in Biography and Creative Nonfiction Writing at University of East Anglia. They studied Narrative Medicine at Columbia University and completed the Memoir Incubator at Grub Street in Boston, MA and the Human Sexuality Intensive at the Kinsey Institute.
Their first nonfiction book, Tell Me What You Like: An Honest Discussion of Sex and Intimacy After Sexual Assault about the sex lives of sexual assault survivors, will be published by Kensington/Citadel on July 29th.
She is the cofounder and curator of Close Read, Dame’s sex and sexuality-focused book club. Katie is represented by Reiko Davis at DeFiore and Company and lives in Texas with her dog, Babka.
