Dr. Jessica Sanchez, sex therapist, pleasure advocate and educator, joins us for this BONUS edition of Survivor Strategies! This workshop will acknowledge how healing is personal, & so is pleasure. By creating a courageous, brave, & supportive space for trauma survivors, we will explore intimacy, how to reconnect with our bodies through somatic healing practices, & how survivors can rediscover pleasure on their own terms. Guided discussions surrounding boundaries, self-compassion, & pathways to joyful, empowered connection.
