Campus Wellbeing Services Calendar

Get energized, focused, and calm! Join our mindfulness instructor extraordinaire, Kristina Reese, in a four-week virtual Mindfulness and Movement series. These live video classes combine mindfulness-based meditation instruction with easy-to-do “desk yoga” type exercises. Sessions build on each other—we encourage you to attend the entire 4-week series. They will be taking place on Tuesdays, from 12:30pm to 1pm.

We will conduct the series twice this semester. You may choose to join just once or for both series, they will cover the same material. Here are the dates:

  • Series 1: February 13, February 20, February 27, March 5
  • Series 2: March 19, March 26, April 2, April 9
