Campus Wellbeing Services has now opened registration for its programs. Here is what we have going on this fall:
- Mindfulness and Movement: Start your day with presence to feel focused, energized and calm! Join our mindfulness instructor, Kristina Reese, in a four-week virtual series.
- Dare to Dream: A six-week virtual program where participants actively visualize where they would like their personal and professional lives to go and creatively strategize how to move toward realizing their dreams.
- Prudential Financial Wellness Topical Classes: A series of financial wellness seminars, each covering a specific financial management topic.
