Since 2006 CCB has bicycled in the 4th of July Parade!
After a couple years of cancellations CCB is looking forward to riding in the 4th of July Parade once again!
Please join us on a bike in the west parking lot of the State Farm Center July 4 (actual numbered location has yet to be announced) before the start of the parade (11:05). We'll be gathering by 10:45, but probably folks will be there even earlier to decorate bikes. We will have some supplies on hand.
The theme this year is Renewing the Spirit of America.
Please come and show support for active transportation in Champaign County.

The parade starts at 11:05am.
We don't know what our line-up number is but there should be parade officials on-site who can direct you to our spot (if we aren't obvious).
Decorate your bikes if you can - but it's not required.
I bring my own drinking water.
