Unlike most feminist analyses of politics, Dr. Laura Roth focuses, not on traditional political parties and organisations, but on the municipalist movement and emergent collectives where democracy is understood as going far beyond state’s representative institutions and politics. She argues that, in practice, feminist politics include elements such as care, democratic decision-making, non-violence, diversity, a deep understanding of gender balance, feminist leadership and power as cooperation.
