December 14th guest speaker Dr. Zahra Mohaghegh is an Associate Professor of Nuclear, Plasma, & Radiological Engineering. Dr. Mohaghegh will share her research on Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) that helps improve safety in nuclear power plants and other complex technological systems.

The University of Illinois Archives is hosting a monthly Women in Science Lecture Series that will feature speakers from across the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s diverse and multidisciplinary scientific enterprise.  This lecture series will take place over Zoom on the second Tuesday of every month from noon to 1:00pm CST.
