As the University of Illinois leans into the future of work at Illinois and more departments embrace workplace flexibility and hybrid and remote schedules, it is essential for managers to understand policies and best practices that will align teams for success at Illinois. In this 4-week blended course on managing hybrid and remote teams, supervisors will learn how to establish boundaries, increase engagement, and anticipate challenges. Along the way, they will connect with other managers on campus to share lessons learned.
