Creating online and/or hybrid courses that are truly inclusive requires careful forethought and planning. In this workshop, we will explore how to make sure every student knows that they are a valued member of our educational community, that they are being spoken to - and that their voice will be heard just as loudly as others'. We will also discuss the unique challenges and opportunities that come with providing an equitable online environment in light of the "Digital Gap" and other inequalities further exposed by the international health crisis.
