Foundations are increasingly prioritizing direct engagement and community impact in their funding decisions. Please join us on Wednesday, Oct. 19 from 12-1 p.m. for an information-packed webinar featuring two foundations funding community-engaged research: the William T. Grant Foundation and the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. To help participants improve their own applications, Professors Will Schneider (Social Work) and Jodi Schneider (iSchool) will speak about their own experiences and successes with these funders. Barlow LeVold and Julie Elzanati from the Office of Foundation Relations will augment the discussion with an overview of each foundation and best practices learned while serving on campus. Participants are invited to ask questions of the panelists.
