CITL Statistics, Data, and Survey Research Workshop Series

Python I: Getting Started with Python workshops will cover the following topics:

  1. Basic Python syntax
  2. Common Python packages
  3. Importing data sets
  4. Computing new variables and recoding variables
  5. Creating frequency and contingency tables
  6. Obtaining univariate statistics
  7. Handling output

Each workshop will last for 2 hours
