Lisa Riles is Xylem Vice President, Customer Product Solutions, responsible for the development and management of Xylem’s online selection, configuration, pricing, and quotation (SCPQ) platform focused on enhancing customers’ experience and access across the entire Xylem portfolio.

 Xylem is a global water technology provider helping customers solve the world's toughest water challenges across utility, industrial, commercial, and residential markets worldwide. Over the last 100+ years, the unique combination of innovative products and services, proven expertise, and unmatched customer support have been helping to create a more water-secure and resilient world. Across the water cycle, its innovative solutions use less energy, reduce operating expenses, and support sustainability efforts. 

 Prior to Lisa’s current role, she was Sr. Director of Commercial Building Services Sales - US & Canada. She has held roles in Product Management and Marketing in Xylem across multiple industry segments including Commercial Building Services, Utility and Residential Buildings. She has spent her entire career with Xylem, formerly ITT, expanding her roles and responsibilities throughout her career. She is a past president of SWPA (Submersible Wastewater Pump Manufacturers Association) and member of SWE (Society of Women Engineers).

 Lisa holds a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Marketing from DePaul University. Lisa lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband Jerry. They have three adult children, two of whom also graduated from UIUC with Engineering BS degrees. Lisa enjoys running to stay healthy and relieve stress. She combines running with her love for reading, always listening to a great audiobook.
