Civil and Environmental Engineering - Master Calendar

This presentation will focus on the use of geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) in mining applications.  The discussion will highlight laboratory testing to assess mechanical and hydraulic behavior of GCLs.  In addition, common design considerations for GCLs in mining applications will be identified with discussions centered on the current state-of-practice and future challenges.
