University of Illinois - FGI Online Course and Certification Exam on Manufacturing, Factory Fabrication and Field Installation QA/QC for Geosynthetics. The $500 registration fee includes all 5 course sessions and one sitting for the online certification exam. A University of Illinois-FGI CQA Certificate will be issued to those who successfully pass the online certification exam. For those who do not pass the exam, there is a $100 fee each time you register to re-take the online exam. For those not interested in taking the certification exam, the cost for attending the 5 course sessions is $300 (use discount code NOEXAM200). Government employees/regulators can attend the 5 course sessions at no cost (use code REGULATOR). Links to Parts 2-5 will be sent automatically once registration and payment is received.
