As new software requests are submitted and licensing costs for existing software are rising, Kara McElwrath would like to hear faculty input on computing and research needs. We would like to discuss any current software that may no longer be needed or should be replaced with something more beneficial, as well as new technologies that are needed. Additionally, we’d like to discuss strategies for volume-licensing if several faculty need the same software but site licensing is not needed/affordable. There are two identical sessions planned at different times for convenience.
