This presentation will explore the concept of wellness and how that impacts the balance between different life roles. It will be a hands-on opportunity to learn purposeful ways of engaging in self-care as a means to better navigate work and home life stressors. A holistic approach to wellness will be used which can be individualized by each attendee.
This presentation will explore challenges and strategies for work-life integration in academic settings. There will be a presentation followed by a self-assessment and discussion.
This presentation will include examples of how SoTL (Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) Research can be used to accomplish goals for your teaching while developing your scholarly agenda.
