This panel session will help faculty become more familiar with ways that they can make their courses more anti-racist. The panel will explore definitions of excellence, decolonizing the syllabus, dialect and professionalism as well as avoiding implicit bias when creating rubrics. Examples of these topics in practice will be shared.
