The Office of Volunteer Programs is showing The Public movie on Thursday, March 4 from 7pm to 9:30pm with a discussion of stereotypes presented in the movie. Our special guest will be Miranda from the C-U at Home organization.
What's The Public About?- The 2018 film explores the idea of a public library becoming an emergency shelter to people without a permanent home during a grueling winter storm.
Face coverings will be required in the Student Organization Complex (SOC)- Illini Union, site of the movie. We'll also need to see your university id and Safer Illinois app results. Event is Free!
