This workshop equips educators with inclusive strategies to navigate challenging and sensitive classroom conversations with care and confidence. Participants will explore techniques for setting respectful norms, fostering psychological safety, and guiding discussions that honor diverse perspectives while maintaining a supportive learning environment.
