Using Subject Guides & Bibliographies (Session Two)
The second session will be a hands-on, non-lecture style exploration of specific sources and bibliographies from different disciplines and formats. Participants will be able to evaluate these sources and learn how to effectively incorporate published literature from these sources into the research process. We enthusiastically welcome students of all academic levels to participate in this session.
Introduction to Scholarly Research is a multipart instruction program designed to assist undergraduate and graduate students with the various stages of the research process. It is the goal of these sessions to create a welcoming and supportive environment where students can exchange ideas, share perspectives, get research support, and explore the innumerable possibilities of approaching a subject or a research project. These sessions are open to students from any discipline or academic program.
